Established In 1965, Cecil D. Trahan began his career as a residential and commercial contractor. He specialized in the design and layout of private and gated residential communities. By 1978 he began developing office parks and commercial properties; including Energy Center, Corporate Block and Fountain Head. In the mid '80s, Trahan operated offices in Atlanta and Dallas.

Trahan has operated out of four locations in Louisiana, and he is now headquartered in Lafayette, La., where he focuses on acquiring and managing office buildings. His design and construction team specializes in business and medical office buildings, restaurants, shopping centers and residential subdivisions.

The growth of Lafayette has enhanced Trahan's real estate brokerage business and expanded opportunities for his clients.
